      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage consumers to assist them in managing their delinquent accounts through consultative approaches
      - Negotiate resolutions for outstanding balances in the best interests of all parties involved
      - Continuously handle inbound and outbound calls using an auto-dialer system
      - Maintain and manage a workload of delinquent accounts, ensuring compliance with documentation and payment processing
      - Abide by FDCPA and other Federal and State collection regulations at all times

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years old
      - High School Diploma or GED required; College Degree is a plus
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred in Collections, Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service
      - Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to persuade and negotiate
      - Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Medical Billing, Call Center, or Banking
      - Willingness to learn and be coachable
      - Familiarity with documenting calls and navigating software and databases
