What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process reimbursements accurately and efficiently
- Assist with the accounts payable automation process
- Research and code invoices to appropriate grants
- Resolve discrepancies related to reimbursements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient in using computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
