      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage Accounts Receivable portfolio of complex accounts across multiple sales channels
      - Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance business and customer experience
      - Recommend and lead initiatives to achieve operational excellence in collections and customer service
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process gaps and propose creative solutions
      - Research and resolve issues related to unpaid balances and discrepancies in accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit & Collections
      - Proven track record of driving changes and process improvements
      - Strong analytical and technical skills, particularly in Outlook and Excel (Pivot Tables and X-lookups)
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Oracle experience highly preferred
