      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct professional interviews and follow-up calls to gather personal and medical information
      - Review documents and correspondence for pertinent information
      - Accurately enter data into the Application Interview System (AIS) and Assistant Underwriting System (AURA)
      - Provide prompt and professional service to inquiries received via phone or in writing
      - Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of administrative or customer service experience
      - Prior experience with Microsoft Office
      - Knowledge of medical terminology
      - Detail-oriented mindset
      - Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a medical or insurance-related environment
      - Familiarity with life insurance policy processing
      - Additional certifications or training in administrative support
