What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take incoming calls, text messages, and chats from customers regarding automotive accessories
- Use product knowledge and sales ability to assist customers in purchasing the right aftermarket parts for their vehicles
- Build rapport with customers to foster repeat business and provide exceptional customer service
- Make outbound calls and messages to existing customers to follow up on sales leads and close sales
- Process orders and returns efficiently, providing purchasing suggestions and answering customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Automotive knowledge in all supported vehicles or ability to acquire it
- Excellent product knowledge and sales ability
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Reliable PC and internet connection with sufficient speed
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Successful completion of sales new hire training program
- Reside in specific states
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service
