What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform financial crime investigations and prepare Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filings
- Prioritize work to ensure adherence to deadlines and performance expectations
- Maintain awareness of relevant laws and financial crime trends, suggesting enhancements to internal policies as necessary
- Conduct training on internal processes and financial crime-related topics as required
- Participate in various projects and initiatives as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with relevant experience as an Anti-Money Laundering (AML) investigator
- Knowledge of AML laws and regulations, including the USA PATRIOT Act
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize workload with minimal supervision
- Operational knowledge of USD payment systems, including SWIFT, CHIPS, ACH, and Fed Funds
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with intermediate skills in Excel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CAMS certification is a plus
- Experience using third-party investigation software
- Correspondent Banking, Private Banking, or Investment Banking experience
- Strong writing skills with the ability to deliver effective oral communications
- Demonstrated strong analytical, judgment, and research skills
