- Answer/respond to client and vendor phone calls and emails
- Complete project assignments on time
- Operate standard office equipment and assist in proofing materials for reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Client service experience preferred
- System knowledge
- Microsoft literacy
- Technologically inclined
- High school diploma or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service
- Experience in facility work order management
