What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate wagering systems and all peripheral equipment associated with the employer's service
- Generate necessary reports for customer mutuel departments and state regulatory agencies
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment related to the employer's operations
- Adhere to safety procedures established by the employer
- Provide efficient technical support in both live and non-live race environments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0 to 1 years of experience in a related field
- High School Diploma; additional education is a plus
- Basic knowledge of computer operation, including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of horse racing, pari-mutuel wagering, and gaming industries
- Experience in a start-up environment
- Familiarity with social media, events, customer service, and sales
- Proficiency in the Spanish language
