      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide quotes and sell policies across multiple insurance lines and carriers
      - Deliver outstanding client service and foster positive relationships with prospective clients
      - Use various systems to track information and address customer inquiries
      - Identify customer needs and meet those needs using sales tools and techniques
      - Collaborate with the team to support energy, morale, and production

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 3 testing attempts
      - Proven success with adequate/accurate typing speed while communicating with customers
      - Strong professional phone etiquette and proficiency with sales systems
      - Working knowledge of auto policies, underwriting, and billing guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Property & Casualty License preferred but not required in several states
      - Demonstrated passion, high level of initiative, and self-motivation
