What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Program Manager and Project Manager in delivering projects within budget and agreed margins
- Attend customer meetings to provide updates on project status and proactively address issues
- Define and confirm project roles and responsibilities with clients
- Support project risk management and enforce change management processes
- Ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition for projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance or a minimum of four years of experience in PLM or a related field
- Minimum of four years in project coordination or administration experience
- At least three years of experience in a customer-facing environment
- Working knowledge of services business administration functions, including project setup and billing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex issues effectively

- Experience with U.S. Federal Government projects, contracts, policies, and procedures
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
