      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect and review patient insurance benefit information from payers according to program SOPs
      - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve internal requests in a timely manner
      - Maintain frequent phone contact with assigned payers
      - Report reimbursement trends and delays to the supervisor
      - Coordinate with inter-departmental associates as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, physician’s office, healthcare setting, or related experience
      - Proficiency in MS Office, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
      - Availability for a video interview with the client

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a customer service role within healthcare
      - Familiarity with reimbursement processes in a healthcare context
