      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-quality technical support to diagnose and resolve support incidents reported by external customers
      - Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across various devices including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and smart technology
      - Deliver excellent customer service and ownership of technical support issues
      - Act as the customer's advocate, demonstrating expertise in support processes and functions
      - Collaborate in a high-energy, dynamic environment while responding to customer inquiries efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6 months of experience in customer service and technical troubleshooting
      - Strong knowledge in PC support, mobile support, or smart device technology
      - High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education preferred
      - Ability to type 30-40 WPM
      - Bilingual in Spanish and English, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree is a plus
      - 1 year of experience in a technical support role
      - Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft
      - Experience in writing technical documentation for knowledge bases
      - Strong communication skills and experience in training or coaching others
