      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing exceptional service

      - Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies
      - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to escalate issues and obtain necessary approvals
      - Analyze issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide efficient solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a Call Center or Intake Department
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
      - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Must reside in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of legal intake experience in a law firm handling direct phone contact or intake coordination
      - Quick learner with the capability to adapt to changing procedures and software
