      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound phone calls from members, averaging 40 or more calls per day
      - Provide translation of written materials and spoken interpretation during meetings as needed
      - Participate in a 5-week in-person paid training program
      - Assist in maintaining high customer service standards in a fast-paced environment
      - Perform additional duties as assigned by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of direct customer service experience in environments such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong critical thinking skills
      - Stable work history with minimal employment gaps
      - Proficient computer and technical skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a call center environment or human services referral programs
      - Bilingual fluency in Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean
      - Familiarity with social justice organizations
      - Previous experience in roles such as receptionist, data collector, or insurance claims
