What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service
- Greet customers warmly and ensure their needs are met
- Resolve service problems and address customer complaints
- Process work and supply orders according to established procedures
- Maintain accurate records and prepare service reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Bilingual - English and French fluency
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Past customer service and/or sales experience preferred
