What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle customer service and technical support calls in both Spanish and English
- Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues
- Take back-to-back calls throughout your shift while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service and technical support
- Utilize customer-facing tools to effectively resolve issues and inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
- Flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift with minimal distractions; camera on during all video meetings
