What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions
- Promote products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle back-to-back customer service calls, resolving issues from simple to complex
- Engage with a diverse consumer base, providing tailored solutions
- Maintain adherence to a pre-planned schedule and availability for weekend and holiday shifts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English
- Strong tech-savviness, capable of managing multiple windows and tabs
- Excellent attendance and engagement throughout the entirety of shifts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Openness to coaching and a desire to learn new techniques
- Prior experience in customer service roles, especially in a technical environment
- Familiarity with video conferencing tools and remote work settings
- Ability to handle schedule changes every 12-15 weeks
