      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as an information resource for customers regarding billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting
      - Engage with customers in both Spanish and English to address their needs
      - Provide solutions for a variety of customer inquiries, from simple to complex issues
      - Support customers during operating hours, which may include weekends and holidays
      - Maintain a pre-planned work schedule and take back-to-back customer service calls throughout the shift

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience
      - Ability to communicate effectively with customers in both Spanish and English
      - Tech-savvy with the ability to operate multiple applications simultaneously
      - Availability to work between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT, including weekends and holidays

      - Experience in a remote work environment
      - Strong engagement skills during phone interactions
      - Flexibility with schedule changes every 12-15 weeks
