What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate staff members
- Troubleshoot browser issues, user account setup, password resets, etc.
- Handle phone customer service inquiries (30+ calls per day)
- Must be able to speak Spanish fluently
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous Call Center/Contact Center experience
- Entry-level technical experience
- Fluent in Spanish
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional technical certifications or training
- Experience in IT support or related field
