      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored treatment plans
      - Provide direct ABA therapy to children in home and community settings
      - Supervise and mentor RBTs, ABATs, BCATs, and Behavior Technicians to ensure effective treatment plan implementation
      - Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to provide holistic care
      - Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BCBA Certification is required
      - Utah LBA certification
      - Experience as an ABAT, RBT, or Behavior Technician is required
      - Strong communication and teamwork skills
      - Ability to speak Spanish fluently is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
      - Experience as an Assistant Analyst is a plus
