- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both technical and non-technical settings
- Strong knowledge of information technology concepts and application development methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the health insurance industry
- Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA™) or Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP) designation
- Solid experience with operational analysis and understanding of integrated systems
- Demonstrated negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills
