What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with customers to develop requirements and gather documentation
- Deliver functional demonstrations to the development team
- Analyze and respond to functional requirements specified in RFIs, RFPs, and other sales engagements
- Provide subject matter expertise to R&D and other operational groups
- Verify results against requirements to ensure customer and business needs are met

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post secondary education in Business, Finance, Payroll, Business Technology Management, or Management Information
- Experience with K-12 business administration
- Strong knowledge of Ad Hoc reporting practices using Excel and Pivot Tables
- Experience working with both business and IT/software development groups
- Familiarity with SDS Software and database schema
