      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism via telephone and other channels
      - Clarify customer needs, address inquiries, and resolve concerns efficiently
      - Maintain accurate call notes and customer records as appropriate
      - Continuously improve knowledge of customer service techniques and water utility services
      - Support a positive team environment that encourages high performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related business environment and customer service
      - High school diploma or state-recognized Educational Equivalency Certificate
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Proficient typing and personal computing skills
      - Ability to handle difficult calls and provide exceptional customer service

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
      - Experience in a call center environment or similar customer service role
      - Familiarity with scripts and knowledge bases for effective issue resolution
      - Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
      - Experience with teleconferencing and virtual communication tools
