      Job Description:

      - Position: Customer Care Specialist I
      - Management Level: Individual Contributor
      - Travel: No
      - Work Shift: Variable (United States of America)

      Responsibilities:

      - Assess customers' needs and suggest appropriate products and services
      - Handle billing adjustments, claims negotiation, and product returns/substitutions
      - Stay up-to-date on Cox Business products and services
      - Provide exceptional customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction

      Qualifications:

      Minimum:

      - High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
      - 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
      - 1 or more years of customer service experience
      - Must live in Hampton Roads, Wichita, Omaha, OKC, or Baton Rouge or a surrounding community within those states
      - Must have high-speed internet connection available at home
      - Excellent skills in creating exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport, and problem-solving
      - Ability to learn and apply new procedures
      - Good teamwork and communication skills
      - Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action
      - Must be able to work in a highly structured call center environment
      - Enthusiastic and personable

      Preferred:

      - 1+ years of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
      - 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers
      - Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
      - Ability to adapt to constant change
