What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle outbound prospective customer leads through the dialer system
- Screen prospective customers for interest in speaking to a licensed agent
- Review existing quotes or provide new quotes as necessary
- Warm transfer interested customers to licensed agents
- Maintain a high transfer rate and ensure quality of screened and transferred leads

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales phone experience in a call center or similar role
- High School Diploma
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Satisfactory computer and typing skills; must have a PC
- Strong time management skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to help peers
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required
