What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound patient scheduling calls and address concerns to meet service level goals
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately following established protocols
- Collect and input patient demographic and insurance information with attention to detail
- Utilize effective communication skills to assist patients and de-escalate dissatisfied customer situations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the United States
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma; Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
- One year of previous call center or customer service experience required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in various computer applications while engaging with customers
