      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer inbound patient scheduling calls and address concerns satisfactorily
      - Schedule, re-schedule, and cancel patient appointments accurately following established protocols
      - Collect and perform data entry of required patient demographic and insurance information
      - Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality
      - Escalate any issues to management as needed and assist with other projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of one year of previous call center or customer service experience
      - Basic healthcare knowledge preferred
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
      - Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related service environment
      - Proficient in using Windows Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
      - Positive attitude and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
