What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Chef in daily menu preparation and production
- Produce scratch-made baking items, grab-and-go lunch items, and hot breakfast
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and serving areas
- Follow proper food storage and rotation procedures
- Contribute to a positive safety culture on the project

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Remote Cook Certificate and/or Culinary Diploma
- Valid Safe Food Handling Certificate
- Previous experience with scratch-made baking items
- Acceptable Criminal Records Check
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Red Seal Certification
- Previous remote camp experience
