What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Key and balance POD runs on the remote capture system
- Ensure data perfection for the completion of image runs for posting purposes
- Maintain detailed notes on POD run issues for branch communications
- Make phone calls to branches for rescanning of items as needed
- Monitor incoming work to maintain workflow throughout the day

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School education
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of balancing processes and general knowledge of debits and credits
- General understanding of MICR fields and teller documents
- Good communication skills, both via phone and in person

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience in teller, remote capture, or proof roles
- Strong 10-key skills with a testing requirement (5000 Key Strokes with less than 20% error rate)
- Ability to perform word processing and basic spreadsheet functions
- Experience working independently in a production environment
