What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Key and balance POD runs using the remote capture system
- Ensure data is accurately completed for posting purposes
- Document issues related to POD runs and communicate with branches
- Make phone calls to branches for rescanning of items as needed
- Monitor workflow to maintain productivity throughout the day

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School education
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of the balancing process
- General knowledge of debits and credits
- Good communication skills (via phone and in person)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience in teller, remote capture, or proof roles
- Proficiency in 10-key skills (testing required) with a minimum of 5000 key strokes and less than 20% error rate
- Ability to perform word processing and basic spreadsheet functions
