- Complete data entry for image runs for posting purposes
- Document issues related to POD runs for branch communication
- Communicate with branches for rescanning of items as needed
- Monitor incoming work to ensure consistent workflow throughout the day

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School education
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of balancing processes and general knowledge of debits and credits
- Proficiency in 10-key skills (testing required with 5000 key strokes and less than 20% error rate)
- Ability to work independently in a production environment with limited supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience in a teller, remote capture, or proof position
- General knowledge of MICR fields and teller documents
- Good communication skills, both via phone and in person
- Basic proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet functions
