What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate care

- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve quality of care

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of health insurance industry trends and technology
- General computer skills and familiarity with healthcare documentation systems
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures and make decisions
- Strong organization and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of case management, utilization management, or behavioral health case management experience
- Certification as a case manager or Bachelor's degree in a health or human services-related field
