What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Surgical Services, Perioperative Medicine, Anesthesiology, General Surgery, Imaging, and Orthopedics
- Implement evidence-based and regulatory standards of clinical/operational pharmacy services
- Develop guidelines, policies, and procedures in collaboration with healthcare team members
- Provide consultations on medication therapy and clinical pharmacotherapy
- Represent the pharmacy department on system-wide committees and service lines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy required
- BPS board certified in Nutrition Support Pharmacist (BCNSP) or Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS)
- Completion of PGY-2 ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Residency or minimum of 5 years of experience in a related area of expertise
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and pharmacy-related applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience precepting students and residents
- Proficiency with Omnicell and Epic pharmacy applications
