What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in first-party collections
- Inbound/outbound call center experience
- Customer service experience in a remote setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask with multiple computer programs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with multi-screen navigation
- Basic typing, math, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn basic PC functions quickly
