What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve inbound and outbound calls using multiple applications and screens
- Respond to billing inquiries and review account issues for resolution
- Negotiate payment arrangements and explain billing charges clearly
- Direct customers to the appropriate team for issues outside the collections scope
- Meet compliance, quality assurance standards, and monthly performance goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in first-party collections
- Customer service experience in a remote setting
- Proficiency in multi-computer screen navigation and strong negotiation skills
- Basic typing, math, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in car loan, financial, and credit card collections
- Strong multitasking abilities with multiple computer programs
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
