What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and account issues
- Negotiate payments and payment arrangements with customers
- Direct customers to the appropriate team for issues beyond the collection’s role
- Explain billing charges clearly and answer related questions
- Maintain compliance with standards and goals while managing multiple applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in first-party collections or related areas
- Customer service experience in a remote setting
- Proficiency in multi-computer screen navigation and strong negotiation skills
- Basic typing, math, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in car loan, financial, and credit card collections
- Strong communication and verbal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively with multiple computer programs
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
