What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve inbound and outbound calls using multiple applications and screens
- Respond to general billing inquiries and review account issues
- Negotiate payment arrangements and obtain payments from customers
- Direct customers to appropriate teams for issues outside the collections role
- Meet compliance and quality assurance standards while achieving monthly goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in first-party collections
- Customer service experience in a remote setting
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and strong negotiation skills
- Basic typing, math, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in car loan, financial, and credit card collections
- Strong communication and verbal skills
- Ability to multitask with multiple computer programs
- Familiarity with high-speed internet requirements
