What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for past-due accounts
- Keep track of all accounts in your route
- Negotiate outstanding debts and plan a course of action to recover payments
- Address questions and complaints from consumers
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws governing the debt collection industry

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in collections
- Must reside in one of the following states: IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, NC, OH, OK, SC, and TN
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Basic math and computer literacy skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in debt collection, outbound call center, telemarketing, or related fields
