      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned functional departments
      - Manage and enhance financial models for analyzing operating expenses
      - Provide actionable recommendations for cost-saving opportunities based on expenditures
      - Collaborate with Sales and Compensation teams to forecast and analyze commission expenses
      - Participate in month-end close activities and prepare relevant financial reports for leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
      - Minimum of two years of directly related experience in Finance and/or Accounting, preferably in the medical device industry
      - Working knowledge of GAAP and understanding of financial statement flows
      - Experience with ERP systems and budgeting/planning software
      - Advanced Excel skills for creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm
      - Familiarity with budgeting and planning software
      - Strong ability to drive business improvements in processes and performance
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Self-motivated with a high bias for action
