What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for assigned functional departments
- Manage and enhance financial models for analyzing and forecasting operating expenses
- Provide actionable recommendations for cost-saving opportunities based on expenditures
- Collaborate with Sales and Compensation teams to forecast and analyze commission expenses
- Participate in month-end close activities and prepare relevant financial reports for leaders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of two years of directly related experience in Finance and/or Accounting
- Working knowledge of GAAP and understanding of financial statement flows
- ERP System experience
- Advanced Excel skills for creating and maintaining complex spreadsheets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the medical device industry or Big 4 accounting experience
- Familiarity with budgeting and planning software
