What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all communications within the organization, ensuring alignment with the employer's values and objectives
- Develop and produce communication materials such as fact sheets, FAQs, standard operating procedures, user guides, and job aids
- Engage participants through interactive mechanisms to bolster participation in projects
- Manage a team of direct reports in the development and execution of a communications strategy
- Lead program or project management and change management efforts related to communication

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant experience or 8 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of education
- Experience in managing a team of direct reports in the development and execution of a communications strategy
- Experience in leading program or project management and change management as they pertain to communication efforts
- Direct experience with developing a congressionally mandated report
- Familiarity with the VA environment is strongly preferred
