What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Identify potential quality-related problems in a timely manner
- Replace and repair desktop and laptop parts
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
- Effectively communicate with customers of all technical knowledge levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent OR related degree
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Software
- Minimum of 6 months experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues and/or educational equivalent
- Strong troubleshooting/diagnostic skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional listening/comprehension skills
- Professional and courteous
- Customer-oriented
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
