This is a
fully remote role where you will recruit
highly specialized construction and technical professionals such as
carpenters, electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, welders, and mechanics across the U.S. Unlike other firms, there is
NO sales, NO business development, NO cold calling, and NO outdated processes. Your sole focus will be
headhunting and placing top technical talent-nothing else. We need a
well-connected recruiter with
deep knowledge of skilled trade positions, someone who is

Responsibilities: - Source, recruit, and headhunt top construction and skilled trade professionals nationwide, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, welders, and mechanics
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, and other advanced recruiting platforms to find and connect with top candidates
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs to ensure precise and high-quality placements
- Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations to assess experience, skill set, and overall fit
- Work closely with Account Managers to fill roles quickly and effectively
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring process
- Stay ahead of construction hiring trends, competitive market shifts, and best practices
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to refine recruitment strategies
Requirements: - Proven top biller in construction or skilled trades recruiting with a track record of high performance
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience specializing in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, mechanics, or similar skilled trade roles
- Expert at sourcing, engaging, and closing top technical talent efficiently
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches at once without sacrificing speed or quality
- Strong negotiation skills for securing candidates and structuring offers
- Highly proficient with recruiting technology, databases, and industry platforms
- Deep knowledge of the construction industry, key players, and hiring standards
- Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to strategize in a competitive hiring market
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Relentless, results-driven mindset with a focus on execution and performance
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
