- Respond to calls, emails, or chats related to product information and account details

- Attend meetings, trainings, and organizational events as directed by management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate
- Minimum two years of experience in a call center environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Service excellence driven with a professional attitude and empathy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Call center experience in the financial industry
- Fluency in Spanish and/or French highly desired
