What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze customer conversations/interactions using advanced speech analytics solutions to extract critical insights
- Collaborate with operations and management to drive effective execution of department initiatives
- Improve call performance metrics and increase customer satisfaction through data analysis
- Gather requirements and create analytical reports to support business goals
- Identify and document key phrases and terms that drive business value

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Quality Analysis
- Knowledge of call center metrics and familiarity with database query strings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, formulas, data importing)
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude for daily interactions with data consumers
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on Business, Analytics, Information Technology, Linguistics, English, or similar fields

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CallMiner Eureka speech analytics, SalesForce.com, SQL/SSRS
- Fluency in Spanish language
