- Resolve complex member inquiries and issues with minimum guidance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service experience in a contact center environment and/or 2+ years financial services experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English and/or Spanish
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Knowledge of intranet/internet and ability to navigate multiple computer systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish
- Experience in member relationship building in a financial services setting
