What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to incoming digital and audio interactions in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and seize opportunities to upsell services and accommodations
- Follow up with guests to address and resolve outstanding issues
- Deescalate issues in a calm and professional manner
- Efficiently route calls to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain guest confidentiality and ensure data privacy and security
- Provide concierge-type services to VIP guests
- Communicate work orders affecting in-house guests to relevant departments
- Stay informed about current service offerings, promotions, and travel conditions
- Maintain proficiency in property-specific systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in interactive gaming support
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and deescalation skills
- Knowledge of Contact Center technologies and systems
- Proficient typing skills
- Must be able to obtain Maryland and Pennsylvania gaming licenses
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of experience in telephone operations or switchboard operations or hotel operations
