      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a team of customer engagement specialists to ensure adherence to schedules and successful call center processes
      - Provide coaching and mentoring to foster engagement and a high-performance culture
      - Oversee the management of call/ticket resolution metrics ensuring timely response and resolution
      - Analyze call monitoring trends to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
      - Act as the management escalation point for escalated calls and customer dissatisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in call center and customer service roles
      - Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and motivation to a team
      - Working knowledge of call center concepts, practices, and procedures
      - Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products and services
      - Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - At least one year of experience with AMDOCS strongly preferred
      - Superior customer service delivery skills
      - Focused and driven to achieve results
