What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the entire recruiting process, including scheduling interviews and assisting with onboarding
- Communicate with internal teams and hiring managers while posting positions on various job boards
- Track candidates in the applicant tracking system and manage scheduling of interviews
- Partner with vendors for background checks and other pre-employment tests
- Develop and present data and reporting as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience in marketing required
- Ability to implement and manage recruiting strategies and processes
- Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and administrative support skills
- Customer service-oriented with an energetic and positive working attitude
- Bachelor's degree preferred
