What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with department clients to define short-term staffing needs
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and update on recruitment processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (1 to 1 ratio) in sales, customer service, account management, recruiting, or consulting
- Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible experience in human resources, sales, or customer service, including at least 6 months in sales or recruitment
- At least 1 year of sourcing experience on external platforms
- Experience in a metric-driven environment
- Familiarity with TA/HR technology and/or HR systems
